What VEGAS is
VegasCoin is a token somebody deployed to Ethereum in January 2017, back when the network was eighteen months old and most of what everyone now takes for granted had not been invented. It has been sitting there ever since.
There are 777,777,777 of them. Triple sevens, obviously. That number was fixed the day it was deployed and the contract has no way to mint more, so it is the number there will always be.
So one reason to buy it is the plain one: it is a piece of 2017 Ethereum, and nobody can make any more of it.
The other reason is what happens now when you buy. 10% of your purchase goes into a shared pool, and the machine spends part of that pool on your behalf, buying a real token from 2015 or 2016 on its own market and sending it to your wallet. You walk away holding VEGAS and something older.
Every purchase unearths a relic. There are no empty spins.
